What are the requirements?

Certified True Copy of PSA Birth Certificate
Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records, Report Card, or Summary of Grades
Proof of Family/Household Income:
- Latest Income Tax Return (ITR), or
- BIR Certificate of Tax Exemption, or
- Affidavit of Non-Filing of Income Tax
Letter of Explanation justifying the need for scholarship (for applicants with annual family income exceeding P500,000)
Duly Notarized Affidavit certifying that the applicant is not currently receiving a full scholarship or financial aid from another program
Proof of Residence (latest utility bill or equivalent proof of address)
Recent photos of the applicant’s residence, including:
Front exterior view of the house
Interior living spaces (living area, kitchen, and bedroom/s)

Who are eligible to apply?

Must be a Filipino citizen
Must be an incoming first-year (taking a four-year program) or an incoming second-year student (taking a five-year program)
For 4-year degree programs: Incoming freshmen with a General Weighted Average
(GWA) of at least 90% (with Honors) in Grade 12.
For 5-year degree programs: Incoming second-year students with a GWA of at least 85% during their first year in college.
Must have a family income of PHP 500,000 or below per year
- Applicants whose annual family income exceeds 500,000 must submit a Letter of Explanation justifying the need for scholarship.
Must meet the admission requirements of a Metrobank Foundation partner school
Must be enrolled in a selected priority program of the partner school
Must not be a recipient of a full scholarship from another program
Must be of good moral character and behavioral standing
