Here is the CHED Scholarship Benefits

(TOSF) – Tuition and School Fees
Book Allowance or Connectivity Allowance
Provides Stipend per Semester

The Book or Connectivity allowance per semester will be given until the completion of the Degree Program and all this Stipend will release directly to the Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) or to the scholars.

Scholarship for Private HEIs

Under Full PESFA Program the Annual benefits is in total of ₱120,000 which will be given as:

(TOSF) Tuition and Other school fees – ₱40,000
Stipend of – ₱70,000
Connectivity and Book Allowance of – ₱10,000


Full PESFA Semestral Benefits

Full PESFA Semestral Benefits and Scholars will receive a total Annual benefits of ₱60,000,

(TOSF) Tuition and Other school fees – ₱20,000
Stipend of – ₱35,000
Connectivity and Book Allowance of – ₱5,000


Half PESFA Annual Benefits for scholars

Half PESGA Annual Benefits and Scholars will receive a total Annual benefits of ₱30,000,

(TOSF) Tuition/Other school fees – ₱20,000
Stipend of – ₱17,500
Connectivity and Book Allowance of – ₱2,500

CHED Scholarship Eligibility

The eligible for the CHED Scholarship Program in 2023 and applicants must meet specific criteria. While the exact requirements might vary,typical eligibility criteria include,

The Filipino citizenship: Applicants must be Filipino citizens and ensuring that the scholarships benefit the local population.
Academic excellence: A strong academic background is crucial. Applicants should have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85% or its equivalent in their high school or college academic records, demonstrating their commitment to academic excellence.

No previous government scholarship: To provide opportunities to a wider pool of students and applicants should not have availed of any previous government scholarship or financial assistance program.

Certificate of Good Moral Character

Birth Certificate
Birth certificate is a Proof of Citizenship and A Certified true copy of Birth Certificate
Income Tax Requirements (which ever is applicable for you)
(ITR) – Recent Income Tax Return of Parents or a Guardian
(BIR) – From Bureau of internal Revenue Certificate of Tax Exemption
Certificate of Indigence which is form any of this
Barangay or
DSWD – Department of Social Welfare and Development.
Latest Copy of Proof of income
