Qualifications
- 2nd Year to 5th year College (SUC) Students enrolled in 1st Semester SY 2024-2025 for New Scholars and Renewal
- State Universities & College Program are for those who enrolled in Public universities within luzon
- (CARES) Continuing Assistance for Reintegrating Students Program are those who enrolled in Private universities within luzon
Requirements
- Registration Form/Certificate of Matriculation with name, units, subjects enrolled and school year indicated (1st Semester SY 2024-2025)
- Certification of Grades from the Registrar indicating the number of UNITS for each subject taken (2nd Semester SY 2023-2024)
- Copy of Renewed Care Card or Updated receipt
- Copy of School ID or any proof of identification
- Copy of NEW Notarized Affidavit of Undertaking
- Accomplished Service Obligation Form and Certificate of Participation or Completion of Community Service/Blood Donation (Service rendered must be accomplished within June to November 2024)
- MSD Scholar’s Portal Account at https://msd.muntinlupacity.gov.ph (for new college scholars, kindly create your account through the website)
NOTE: Please be advised that PLMUN and CDM students are not eligible for this scholarship program. For other potential scholarship opportunities

Additional Requirements
Students enrolled below 12 units (i.e. PRACTICUM, THESIS Writing and etc.) are REQUIRED to submit a copy of their curriculum/prospectus
