1. Must be incoming first-year undergraduate and graduate students.

Scholarship Benefits

• ₱60,700 Monthly allowance or ₱303.500 per semester.
• Provides an opportunity for qualified Bangsamoro students and
• Professionals to pursue studies abroad in priority fields of science, technology, engineering and innovation.

Documentary Requirements

• Accomplished application form
• Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
• Certified True Copy of the Official Transcript of Record
• Valid Passport
• Valid NBI Clearance
• Medical Certificate as to health status and fitness to study from a licensed physician indicating the PRC license number (use Medical Certificate Form C)
• Research Plan (Form B)to be presented during the final level of screening
• Career Plans (Form A)
• Permission to take a leave of absence (LOA) while on scholarship (If employed)
• Recommendation from Head of Agency/Ministry (If employed)
• Letter of Admission from the Program Head of the accepting institution; and
• Approved Program of Study
