CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship 2026-2027

Applications for the CHED Tulong Scholarship program managed by Rep. Eric Olivarez’s office are now open to incoming first to fourth year collage students residing in Paranaque Distrist 1.

Are you a collage students in Paranaque District 1seeking financial support to continue your studies? This award is limited to the first 1,128 applicants.

What is the CHED Tulong Scholarship Programme?

The CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship Program (TDP), administered by the Commission on higher Education, offers finiancial aid to eligible collage students.

This batch is being handled by the Congressional District office for Paranaque City, under representative Eric Olivarez.

Note: This Scholarship is limited to the first 1,128 applicants; therefore, students are advised to apply Soon.

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for the CHED Tulong Dunong Scholarship Program, applicants need to fulfill these criteria:

Must be a resident of Paranaque District 1
Must be an incoming 1st to 4th year collage student for SY 2026-2027.

Documentary Requirements

Applicants must prepare and submit the following documents:

Updated Voter’s certification as of 2026
Duly accomplished Application form
Certified True Copy of Enrollment Registration Form with subjects and units indicated, signed by the School Registrar (SY 2026-2027)
Barangay Indigency with the purpose: ”CHED Requirements”
Two (2) pieces of 2×2 ID Picture
Photocopy of School ID or National ID

Submission Deadline:

The Submission Deadline is from August 12 to August 13, 2026, From 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Philippines Standard Time)

How to Apply?

First you need to Download the Application form from link https://docs.google.com/document/, Fill the Form correctly, Applicants must personally submit the application and requirements at the Congressional District Office, Paranaque City Hall.

Important to remember: Applications must be submitted personally only by the students.
